Fried Shrimp Taco made with UNCLE BEN’S INFUSED® Mexican Flavor Rice

A lighter, refreshing twist on a classic dish, these crispy shrimp tacos made with UNCLE BEN’S INFUSED® Mexican Flavor Rice are easy to make and bursting with authentic, zesty flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup UNCLE BEN’S INFUSED® Mexican Flavor Rice, prepared
  • 1 pound popcorn shrimp, panko coated, frozen
  • 1 each lime, juiced
  • ½ cup red cabbage, chopped
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup microgreens, washed

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat fryer to 350°F.
  2. Fry popcorn shrimp until golden, crispy and completely cooked. Set aside.
  3. Assemble: Place rice into each tortilla followed by the fried shrimp, lime juice, cabbage, sauce and microgreens. Serve.
