Asian Stir Fry Bowl

Quinoa & Ancient Grains Asian Stir-Fry Bowl

Makes: 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups UNCLE BEN’S™ INTERNATIONAL GRAINS™ Quinoa &
    Ancient Grains Medley, prepared
  • 2 cups shredded broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ cups small sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Ginger Sauce (see directions)

Soy Ginger Sauce

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

DIRECTION

Soy Ginger Sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients together and whisk until incorporated.

Assembly

  1. Heat sauté pan on high heat; add oil and ginger and cook
    for 30 seconds. Add vegetables to stir-fry.
  2. Turn heat down and add cooked UNCLE BEN’S™
    INTERNATIONAL GRAINS™ Quinoa & Ancient Grains
    Medley into pan. Cooked together for 30 seconds.
  3. Add Soy Ginger Sauce into mixture and cook for 1 minute.
