Steak Taco made with UNCLE BEN’S INFUSED® Mexican Flavor Rice

Makes: 4 servings

Soft tortillas filled with tender, marinated skirt steak and UNCLE BEN’S® INFUSED® Mexican Flavor Rice for the ultimate Taco Night meal.


  • 1 cup UNCLE BEN’S INFUSED® Mexican Flavor Rice, prepared
  • 1 each lime, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup cilantro, washed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, light
  • 8 ounces skirt steak
  • ¼ cup red onion, minced
  • ¼ cup green onion, chopped
  • 4 each tortillas


  1. Steak: Puree the lime juice, garlic, salt, cilantro and olive oil. Add skirt steak and let it marinade for at least one hour. When ready, sear the steak in a hot skillet until medium rare. Remove and slice. Set aside.
  2. Assemble: Place rice into each tortilla followed by the steak, red onion and green onion. Serve.
