Spanish Rice and Ground Turkey Wrap

5½ cups BEN’S ORIGINAL™ Whole Grain Brown Rice

7 cups lower-sodium chicken broth

3 ½ cups chunky salsa

9 ⅜ pounds ground turkey breast, cooked

4 ½ pounds, bell pepper strips with onions, prepared

10 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

50 each whole wheat wraps (6-inch)

Direction
- in oven-safe pan; combine BEN’S ORIGINAL™ Whole Grain Brown Rice, chicken broth and salsa.
- Cover tightly and bake in 350°F oven 55 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Place turkey onto 2 sheet pans; place peppers and onions onto 2 4-inch-deep hotel pans.
- Place in the same oven as rice until turkey reaches internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from oven; stir turkey, peppers and onions into rice. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
- Add cheese; fluff with fork and hold at 160°F. To serve, scoop 1 cup rice mixture into each wrap.
