Banana Pudding made with SNICKERS® Bars

Makes: 16 servings


½ cup SNICKERS® Bars, chopped
3 T cornstarch
⅓ cup granulated sugar
⅛ t salt
2⅓ cups whole milk
2 egg yolks
1 T unsalted butter
1½ t vanilla extract
1 cup bananas, sliced


  1. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch, sugar, salt, whole milk and egg yolks. Stir until well-mixed.

  2. Place saucepan over medium heat and cook, whisking frequently, until mixture thickens (about 8 minutes).

  3. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Whisk until butter has melted.

  4. Let pudding cool at room temperature. Once cooled, pour through a strainer to remove any lumps.

  5. In a large bowl, combine pudding, chopped SNICKERS® Bars and banana slices. Place in a refrigerator until ready to serve.
