Ingredients

  • 3 ⅔ cup Ben's Original Whole Grain Brown Rice, prepared
  • ⅓ cup Red Quinoa, prepared
  • 1 cup Sauteed Carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup Sauteed Shiitake
  • 1 cup Marinated Soy Bean Sprouts
  • 1 cup Marinated Spinach
  • 1 cup Marinated Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Cooked Bulgogi
  • 4 ea Egg, fried
  • 2 fl oz Gochujang Sauce

Bibimbap Bowl

Makes: 4 servings

Direction

ASSEMBLY:

1. Mix brown rice and quinoa together in a mixing bowl. Divide equally among 4 serving vessels. Divide the following ingredients equally and top with Bulgogi, vegetables and egg.

2. Serve sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
