Biscotti & Brownie “Blonde” Bars Made with SNICKERS®

Ingredients
- ¾ cup SNICKERS® Bars, chopped
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp anise extract
- 3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 box brownie mix, prepared

Direction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a rectangular brownie pan with parchment.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ½ cup oil, 3 eggs, sugar and anise.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder, then stir into egg mixture to form a thick batter.
- Press into bottom of pan; bake for 20 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together brownie batter and ¼ cup chopped SNICKERS® Bars, remaining ⅓ cup oil, remaining egg.
- Add brownie batter onto par-baked biscotti; bake for about 45 minutes or until done.
- Top hot product with the remaining ½ cup chopped SNICKERS® Bars.
