Blueberry Muffins Made with DOVE® Dark Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup DOVE® Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup blueberries

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat an oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  3. Combine oil, egg and milk; whisk and add to the flour mixture.
  4. Fold in blueberries and chopped chocolate.
  5. Place in sprayed muffin liners and bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until done.
