Boston Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 4 Yellow cake, 9" round, unfrosted
- 2 qts. Vanilla pudding, prepared
- 2 cups M&M'S® Semi-Sweet Mini Baking Bits
- 3 lbs Chocolate frosting, prepared
- 1 cup M&M'S® Semi-Sweet Mini Baking BIts (garnish)

Makes: 48 servings
Light, fluffy yellow cake, creamy vanilla pudding and rich chocolate frosting topped with M&M’S Semi-Sweet Mini Baking Bits make this the ultimate indulgent dessert.
Direction
- Slice the cake rounds into 2 equal layers. Place 4 bottom rounds in the bottom of 4 springform pans.
- Stir 2 cups M&M'S® Mini Baking Bits into cooled pudding. Spread 2 cups mixture on top of cake in each pan. Cover with remaining cake rounds.
- Frost the top of each cake and garnish with M&M'S® Mini Baking Bits. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
