  • 24 eggs, large
  • 1½ lb chorizo, out of casing (if possible)
  • 2¼ c pico de gallo, prepared
  • 36 cilantro sprigs
  • 3 T butter

  • 24 oz shredded cheddar jack
  • 36 street taco flour tortillas, 4.75” diameter
