  1. In a double boiler, melt DOVE® Dark Chocolate Bars until tempered; add blood orange zest.
  2. Pour chocolate over a sheet pan lined with parchment; generously sprinkle chopped MILKY WAY® Bars over top.
  3. Cool, cut and serve.
