Caramel Maple Bacon Breakfast Muffins Made with M&M’s® Caramel Chocolate Candies

Ingredients
- ½ cup M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 T sugar 2 t baking powder
- ½ t salt
- 1 each egg
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup maple bacon, cooked, crumbled

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray mini muffin pan with baking spray and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk and butter. Add wet mixture to dry mixture until a batter just forms.
- Gently fold M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies into batter to ensure candies are evenly dispersed.
- Divide batter into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12 minutes or until tops get golden brown. Remove from oven.
- Glaze tops with maple syrup and top with the bacon. Serve.
