Chocolate Brownie Cookie Made with DOVE®

Ingredients
- 2 pounds DOVE® Dark Chocolate, chopped
- ¾ stick unsalted butter
- 8 eggs
- 2 ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 5 oz all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Direction
- Preheat an oven to 350ºF.
- In a large double boiler, add chocolate and butter.
- In a stand mixer, whip eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in the tempered chocolate.
- Combine flour and baking powder, mix into the mixer.
- Chill cookie batter, spoon onto a sheet pan; regular cookie size: 1.5 oz. Bake 14–16 minutes.
