Chocolate Brownie Cookie Made with DOVE®

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds DOVE® Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • ¾ stick unsalted butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 5 oz all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Direction

  1. Preheat an oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large double boiler, add chocolate and butter.
  3. In a stand mixer, whip eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Fold in the tempered chocolate.
  5. Combine flour and baking powder, mix into the mixer.
  6. Chill cookie batter, spoon onto a sheet pan; regular cookie size: 1.5 oz. Bake 14–16 minutes.
