Chocolate Chip Cookie Made with Chopped TWIX®

Makes: 48 cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups TWIX® Cookie Bars, chopped 
  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs 

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a stand mixer at medium speed, cream butter with both sugars and vanilla extract.
  4. Once creamed, add 1 egg at a time until blended.
  5. Slowly add in the flour mixture until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped TWIX® Cookie Bars.
