Chocolate Pasta with Raspberry Sauce and Chopped SNICKERS®

Ingredients
- 1 cup SNICKERS® Bars, Chopped
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup Confectioners Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 vanilla bean, whole
- 1 quart raspberries, fresh
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh

- Combine flour, cocoa powder, confectioners sugar, vanilla extract, eggs and water. Form a dough, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough and cut into desired pasta shape.
- Scrape vanilla bean pod and place half into a small sauce pot for the next step; reserve the other half.
- In the same sauce pot, combine the quart of raspberries, ⅓ cup sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, turn down to simmer until raspberries break down; Strain and cool the sauce.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the remaining half vanilla bean with heavy cream and 2 Tbsp. sugar; soft-whip until cream just holds a peak.
- Cook pasta in boiling water to desired tenderness, strain.
- Place raspberry sauce in the bottom of 4 bowls; spoon pasta over top. Generously sprinkle chopped SNICKERS® Bars on pasta; top with a heaping tablespoon of soft-whip and the cup of fresh raspberries for garnish.
