Crispy PB&J Made with TWIX® Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 24 each TWIX® Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup concord grape jelly
- 2 boxes tempura batter mix

- Preheat a fryer to 350ºF.
- Place TWIX® Peanut Butter Cookie Bars in a freezer.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and vanilla extract; whip and set aside.
- Prepare tempura batter according to the box instructions.
- For each serving, place two TWIX® Cookie Bars side by side. Pipe peanut butter mousse over top and spread a 1/2 tablespoon jelly over the peanut butter.
- Place back in the freezer for 45 minutes.
- Remove from freezer, dip in tempura batter and fry until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
