Mudslide Skillet Brownie Made with MILKY WAY®

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup MILKY WAY® Bars, chopped
  • 1 ¼ sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coffee extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together butter, sugar, cocoa powder, extracts and salt.
  3. Add eggs until fully mixed.
  4. Mix in flour and walnuts.
  5. Pour into a cast iron skillet prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Generously sprinkle chopped MILKY WAY® Bars over top.
  7. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
