PB&J Bars made with SNICKERS® Bars

Makes: 12 bars


1¼ cups SNICKERS® Bars, chopped into ¼-inch pieces, divided
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups old-fashioned oats
½ cup honey
¼ cup light brown sugar
⅛ t salt
3 T butter, unsalted, melted
½ t vanilla extract
1¼ cups blackberries
1 T lemon juice
2 T granulated sugar
1 t cornstarch


  1. Preheat an oven to 350ºF. Line a 9"x9" pan with parchment paper, including the sides.

  2. In a stand mixer, combine flour, oats, honey, brown sugar and salt.

  3. Add melted butter and vanilla. Slowly add in 1 cup chopped SNICKERS® Bars until just combined. Set this SNICKERS® crumble aside.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine blackberries, lemon juice, sugar and cornstarch. Set aside.

  5. Evenly pour 1½ cups of the crumble. (There will be extra crumble remaining; save for another use.)

  6. Bake in preheated oven approximately 40 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining ¼ cup chopped SNICKERS® Bars. Cool and serve.
