Ingredients
- 1 cup BEN’S ORIGINAL™ INTERNATIONAL GRAINS® Arborio Rice, cooked
- 1/8 cup Pine Nut Pesto, prepared
- 1/4 cup Tomato, cored 1/4" dice
- 1 Tbsp Red Onion, peeled 1/4" dice
- 1/8 cup Corn
- 3 each Ciliegine Mozzarella
- 1 Tbsp Basil, chiffonade
