Power Breakfast Wrap

  • 2 heaping cup Ben's Original Whole Grain Brown Rice, prepared
  • 4 Tbsp Red Quinoa, prepared
  • ½ pound Bacon
  • 8 ea Eggs
  • ¾ cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Baby Spinach
  • 4 ea 10" Whole Grain Tortillas, steamed

Power Breakfast Wrap

Makes: 4 servings


  1. Add bacon to cold skillet and place on stovetop over medium heat. Cook until desired doneness, remove bacon, leaving the fat. Chop the cooked bacon and set aside.
  2. Add eggs to remaining fat in skillet and scramble, reducing heat after one minute. When eggs are almost finished cooking, add ½ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and combine until melted. Remove from heat, cover and set aside.


  1. Mix brown rice and quinoa together.
  2. Divide all items into 4 equal portions and build per tortilla: layer the spinach, cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon, brown rice and quinoa and remaining cheese.
  3. Roll into a burrito and serve.
