Salted Caramel Cookie Bars Made with M&M’s® Caramel Chocolate Candies

Makes: 12 Servings

  • 1 cup M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies
  • 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • ½ t baking powder
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1½ cups white sugar
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • 2 T flake salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 pan with baking spray and set aside.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  4. Slowly add in dry ingredients and mix until dough forms.
  5. Fold M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies into dough.
  6. Press dough into greased pan evenly. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from oven.
  7. Once cooled, portion into bars, top with a caramel drizzle and flake salt, and serve.
