Salted Caramel Cookie Bars Made with M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies
Ingredients
- 1 cup M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies
- 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 t baking soda
- ½ t baking powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1½ cups white sugar
- 1 each egg
- 1 t vanilla extract
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
- 2 T flake salt

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 pan with baking spray and set aside.
- Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
- Slowly add in dry ingredients and mix until dough forms.
- Fold M&M’S® Caramel Chocolate Candies into dough.
- Press dough into greased pan evenly. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from oven.
- Once cooled, portion into bars, top with a caramel drizzle and flake salt, and serve.
