Strawberry Cheesecake Bars Made with M&M’s® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies

Ingredients
- ½ cup M&M’S® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 each eggs
- ¼ cup strawberry sauce
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
Crust
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 T confectioners sugar
- 3 T butter, melted
- pinch of salt

Direction
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8 pan with baking spray and set aside.
- Rough-chop the M&M’S® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies. Set aside. Combine all crust ingredients and press into bottom of pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla and the eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Pour filling on top of crust. Place the pan into a water bath and place in preheated oven. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Top with chopped M&M’S® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies and drizzle with strawberry sauce. Garnish with sliced strawberries, portion and serve.
