Strawberry Sugar Cookie Concrete with M&M’S® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies

Makes: 6 concretes


1 cup M&M’S® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies, whole
¾    cup M&M’S® Red, White and Blue Chocolate Candies, chopped into ¼ inch pieces
24 portions sugar cookie dough, raw
12 cups vanilla bean ice cream
¾    cup whole milk
¾    cup strawberry dessert topping
6 each fresh strawberries, sliced
½    cup white chocolate, melted


  1. Preheat an oven to the temperature specified on the sugar cookie dough package.

  2. Place cookie dough portions onto lined sheet pans and bake approximately 8 minutes, or until slightly raw.

  3. Remove cookies from oven and top with whole M&M’S® Chocolate Candies. Place back in oven for another 3 to 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven when done and let cool. Once cooled, crumble cookies and set aside.

  5. Using your choice of glasses, brush the rims with melted white chocolate. Dip coated rims into chopped M&M’S® Chocolate Candies to completely coat.  Set aside until ready to serve.

  6. Using a spindle milkshake blender, combine ice cream and milk until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

  7. Add strawberry topping and crushed cookies.

  8. Transfer to prepared glasses and serve immediately.
